Zooma Bar-Ristorante opened its’ doors in December of 2004 under the creative direction of James Cardi. Our traditional Neapolitan dishes come from a foundation of family recipes brought to fruition by Executive Chef Jeff Burgess. Chef Burgess trained for 3 years in Italy and was Mario Batali's pasta chef at his famed New York City restaurant 'Babbo'. We specialize in house made pasta, typically offering more than 20 varieties. Our pizza is truely authentic thin crust Neapolitan style using Caputo "00" flour and baked in our 800 degree wood oven. Our menu changes each season and we use sustainable, local ingredients whenever possible. Our lounge, accented by shades of eggplant, back-lit mango panels, high definition plasma TV’s, world music and french doors that open to Atwells Avenue is perfect for exploring our extensive wine list, exotic cocktails or a bite from our bistro menu, also available late night.
