I went to Geppetto's a few months ago for lunch. it was nice the service was ok. But, imagine my surprise when I logged into my bank account this morning and magically there was a charge from Gepetto's on my account for yesterday!!!! I asure you I was not at Gepetto's yesterday, in fact I was in a meeting at work for most of the day. I can't believe that someone is trying to rip people off by charging their card another time...way after their initial visit! YOU bet your A#@ I will be calling the better business bureau or something.

Hi Cyn, after reviewing your check we noticed the subtotal for "n/a bev" listed at the bottom with a total of $2.00. This subtotal reflects the one soda you purchased at our published menu price. Apologies for any confusion, but thankfully we've verified we don't ever charge for tap water. thanks

My husband and I had a water with our meal along with soda. Imagine our surprise when we received the bill and were charged a dollar for each water!! It was tap water!!!! Not bottled water. Who charges for tap water?? Geppetto's does!

Went here with small group, great calamari, onion rings, bbq chicken pizza, and Mediterranean pizza. The pitcher of sangria seemed a little expensive, 25 but it filled 5 or 6 glasses so I guess that's not ridiculous. It started sprinkling, they offered to move us inside or to a table with an umbrella, we opted to stay where we were the sprinkling only lasted a few minutes. The courtyard is great!

I had heard great things about Geppetto's and was excited to try it out, but unfortunately it didn't live up to the excitement. The service was the worst I've ever had. I had to get up and find our waitress myself EVERY time I needed anything. My food came out cold, not even luke warm. When I went inside to find our waitress another table was also complaining about how horrible the service was and this was their second time at Geppetto's and it was bad both times. We were charged for pizza's we didn't even get.....and when we tired to talk to the waitress she wasn't much help. We ended up taking the incorrect pizza's we received and went home.
