One block north of Rochambeau on Hope Street you will find a cozy spot with big flavors. This new east side neighborhood restaurant with its unique concept and comfortable atmosphere, has been on fire since it’s opening in 2005.
Blaze East Side opened in August of 2005 with critical acclaim from a number of publications. See reviews. Blaze East Side is “Cooken with Fire” preparing cuisine from different regions and cultures. Every thing is prepared on site from scratch with the freshest ingredients available.
The friendly comfortable atmosphere offers a relaxed place where customers enjoy innovative food and cocktails either in the dining area or at the bar. There is something for everyone.

Blaze in run by Christine Edmonds a business major and entrepreneur and Phyllis Arffa originally an art major, who has over 20 years of culinary experience in various restaurants around the country and in Rhode Island.
Ashirwad Elhence Chef De Cuisine originally from New Deli, India, earned his bachelors degree from Johnson and Wales University. He has cooked for such restaurants as Napa Valley Grill, Hartwell House and the Cypress Room. Bringing his unique style to the menu.
