The Chez Pascal Hot Dog Cart, Hewtin's Dogs is, has been, and will be out from now until the first snow fall
The cart is located in the park across the street from the restaurant. We are out there Tuesday - Saturday staring at 11:30 - 4:30pm, weather permitting. Going into our fifth season of sweet hot dog bliss, the cart showcases Grote & Weigel all beef hot dogs equipped with our home made condiments.
Welcome, our names are Matthew and Kristin Gennuso and we are the owners of Chez Pascal, a cozy, neighborhood restaurant located in the East Side of Providence, Rhode Island.
Our journey here started from Boston where we met and we are thrilled to be in one of the great emerging food capitals. You will find Matt happily in the kitchen and Kristin everywhere but (or this could be a whole different story).
If you have been a hundred times or have never been before, we invite you to experience all that the seasons have to offer through our menus. We hope the charm of the dining room, the comforting ease of the staff, and the enticing combination of flavors and aromas will make your first visit to Chez Pascal the first of many.
Chez Pascal is located at 960 Hope Street at the corner of 9th Street.
Dinner is served Tuesday through Thursday from 5:30 -9:30pm,
Friday and Saturday 5:30-10:00pm
